1Roles & Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the hdbd platform and all its services. hdbd refers to this website, mobile application, and all associated services. "Member" or "User" means any individual who has registered on hdbd or is using its services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement. By using hdbd's services, you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of hdbd.
- "Platform" refers to the hdbd website (hdbd.ws) and all its applications.
- "Services" refers to all betting, gaming, and related features offered by hdbd.
- "Account" refers to a registered member's personal hdbd account.
- "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a member's account.
- "Bet" refers to any wager placed on a sport or event.
2Account Registration & Eligibility
Opening an account with hdbd requires meeting certain eligibility criteria, which are aligned with international gaming regulations and responsible gaming principles.
Age Restriction: The minimum age to register with hdbd is 18. Opening an account is strictly prohibited for anyone under 18. Accounts that fail age verification will be closed.
- Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
- Hdbd may request a national ID or passport at any time for identity verification purposes.
- Any changes to account information must be reported to hdbd within 30 days.
- Members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, multiple accounts used on the same device will be subject to verification.
- Members are responsible for the security of their own accounts. Keep your password confidential.
3Betting Rules
Placing bets on hdbd requires following certain specific rules. These rules apply equally to all members.
General Betting Rules
- All bets are final and cannot be modified or cancelled once confirmed.
- Hdbd reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds.
- If significant team changes occur before a match begins, odds may also be adjusted accordingly.
- Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage by placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event will result in all such bets being voided.
- Live betting may be subject to delays. hdbd reserves the right to void any bet placed by exploiting such delays.
Match Cancellations & Results
- If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded — not any potential winnings.
- The decision of the governing authority is considered the final result.
- Cricket results determined by the Duckworth-Lewis method are considered valid.
- If a suspended match does not resume within 72 hours, the bet amount will be refunded.

4Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on hdbd are handled transparently and securely. The following payment rules apply to all members.
Deposit Information
- Minimum deposit is ৳500. Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket.
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and any such transactions will be returned.
- Once a deposit is successful, funds are typically credited to your account within 15 minutes.
- Hdbd does not charge any deposit fees; however, payment gateway charges may apply.
Withdrawals
- The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal.
- Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. VIP members are processed within 5 minutes.
- For suspicious transactions, hdbd may delay withdrawals by up to 72 hours.
- Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
KYC Process: hdbd complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Additional verification may be required for withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000.
5Bonuses & Promotional Offers
Hdbd regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Specific terms and conditions apply to each offer.
- The welcome bonus applies to first deposits only and can be claimed once per account.
- Each bonus has its own separately stated Wagering Requirement.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or VPN use will result in forfeiture of all bonuses.
- Hdbd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds can be converted to cash.
- Free bets are only valid for specific events or markets — please refer to the offer details.
6Prohibited Activities
Certain activities are strictly prohibited to prevent misuse of hdbd's services. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Warning: hdbd will immediately close any account involved in the activities listed below and pursue legal action where applicable.
- Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
- Claiming bonuses or promotions by creating multiple accounts.
- Using automated software or bots to place bets.
- Using hdbd for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
- Using a VPN or any other method to mask your IP address while accessing the service.
- Processing transactions through third-party accounts.
- Attempting unauthorized access to or hacking of hdbd's systems.
- Stealing account credentials or engaging in fraudulent activity against other members.
7Privacy & Data Protection

- Hdbd does not sell or share your information with third parties.
- Information may be disclosed to government authorities when required by legal obligation.
- Member data is used to improve and personalize our services.
- You have the option to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Even after account closure, data may be retained as required by law.
8Responsible Gaming
Hdbd believes betting is a form of entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all members to bet responsibly.
- Members can set deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly) on their own accounts.
- The Self-Exclusion feature allows you to suspend your account for a period ranging from 1 week to 5 years.
- Requests for permanent account closure will be processed within 24 hours.
- If signs of problem betting are detected, hdbd will automatically send the member a warning.

9Limitation of Liability
Hdbd strives to deliver the best possible service; however, hdbd's liability is limited under certain circumstances.
- Hdbd is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disconnection or device-related issues.
- Hdbd is not directly liable for issues arising from third-party payment gateways.
- Hdbd is not liable in force majeure situations, including war, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions.
- If an overpayment occurs due to a technical error, hdbd reserves the right to recover the excess amount.
- Hdbd is not liable for any account compromise resulting from a member's own negligence.
10Account Suspension & Closure
Hdbd reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Members may also close their own accounts.
- Hdbd reserves the right to close an account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
- Any valid balance will be refunded before account closure (excluding bonuses).
- If fraud or manipulation is proven, all funds on deposit will be forfeited.
- Members who wish to close their account should contact our support team.
- A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for 24 months).
11Changes to Terms
Hdbd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be duly notified of any changes.
- A 7-day notice will be given before any significant changes take effect.
- Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page.
- For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address.
